Anyone ever heard......?
Hehe, that would make things a bit difficult. On a side note bonesninja, do you have any experience with Ascnedant Audio? I followed a link to their website and their stuff seems nice as well, and the price is a bit better than the JL stuff. I believe I was looking at the Arsenal series subs. I'm sorry for asking so many questions and jumping around so much......just trying to make the right decision the first time through. So many choices lol, people also say nice things about the new MTX stuff......so confused [&o]
Thanks,

i have heard they have pretty decent stuff havent really messed with their stuff yet. Soundsplinter has some decent stuff too. and who the hell is that "spin them hogs" guy he has to be retarded i dont think i heard anything as stupid as what he talks about.
As soon as taxes come back i'm gonna have to nut-up and order something, I appreciate all your input. I do however have a question about my amp and sub ohms. For instance SoundSplinter recommends that you run the Rl-P subs with 600-700 rms. They are available in dual 4 and dual 2 ohm varieties. Now, being that my memphis amp puts out 600 at 2 and 1000 at 1, would it be better to get the D4 and turn the amp all the way up, or get the D2 and turn it down some? Is there a difference in sound, or would one way be more efficient than another? Seriously though, thanks for your time in trying to help me out, I really appreciate it.

I can't speak for Ascendents new line but the older avalanche line was amazing. Really great subs for the price. New line looks good too. The owner Chad is a really nice guy and if you call will help you figure out what you need for your car. Don't worry too much about the RMS. The new Ascendent line has really beefy voice coils and Chad says they can take 2x of the power listed on the site. For the most part the more good clean power you feed your speakers the better. Within reason of course
