Msjsoul

on my 2004 Mustang GT 4.6...It says bank 1 and 2 too lean..I checked under the hood and a hose was loose..replaced it and it ran better but light wont clear...idle is a bit rough as well...it also mentioned a DTFB? sensnsor that supposedly goes bad around 60,000 miles...my car has 114,000...is this the issue or could it be some thing else?
Any help or guidance greatly appreciated
