The 16th Steve will be out and the 23rd I'll be in Florida...damn the luck!

Oh well, looks like I'll be able to make it for Smokey Bones but not the Gate City show, so not all is lost.

 

They are now on the same day.. are you coming down here after the parade for Smokey Bones this weekend?

Just got my car back a couple of hours ago, looks like I will be able to make it.

Great news.

 

We got the dogs back from the trainer. We are going to see if the neighbors can check on our dogs while we are gone. We are also talking about the link up time. It's only 2 hours from here so we may try to leave here around 07:00 and enter the cars. Not sure though. Unless we can enter them later.

 

Yea it looks pretty good. The exhaust shop wasn't able to match the drivers side tail pipe so he called me today and asked if he could replace both sides, so now I have two shiny new exhaust pipes. They replaced the tail light with a brand new OEM one. That's great and all but now it makes the other side look so dull. they gave me the old one after one of the guys there glued back the little piece that was broken (hardly even noticeable) so I might put it back on there until I can buy an OEM replacement for the other side so they match better. Other than that I am happy with it.

 

John, I think you can enter the cars until noon. But, not sure of judging time. You may need some clean up time with the drive from Raeford.

 

John, are you driving through Spring Lake? I think I'll be going, will just need to leave around 5 to get back to the Fayetteville Drag strip. I'll meet you in Spring Lake if thats the route you're taking and yes, we'll need to freshen them up. Is there any type of registration for the show?
