can you do to the first picture whats done in the second picture...the dark effects please, and also add a drop to the car while you're at it

kind of, but i'd like to be able to see the car a little more and have the background somewhat dark

you cant do that with that picture. its too bleached out and too pixelated. you'll probably want something thats a little under exposed but a clear image.
