Default Freeze plug

Anyone have any ideas on how to seal up a leaking freeze plug? It isn't bad, but I want to get it take care of if I can do it myself.

You will need to replace it with a new one. Drain the fluids from the block, get a new plug, take the old one out , and jam in the new one. If it is a hipo engine, they screw in.

Will I need anything special to pull it? And if it isn't a hipo, will it just tap in?
