Under the dash pad on a 65 mustang there are those little crome strip inserts that screw in that go all the way around the dash. ive been searching and I cant figure out where the heck to get them at, anyone know where these are available at?

I don't know of any repros. Best check with Ebay or a national car parts places like carparts.com.

i'm not sure what you're talking about exactly, but macsautoparts carries almost every single item for our mustangs.

In all my years of classic Mustanging I have never seen any reproductions of the dash trim pieces. My experience has been you will need to try finding a decent set from salvage or perhaps EBay. If anyone does know of either NOS or repro's would like to hear about it. Surprised someone like Scott Drake has not shown an interest in manufacturing them as there seems to be a demand. Good luck in finding some replacements.
