Is the 1" sway bar dropped also or is it bigger? Thanks alot for all the help! Oh also, the kyb gr2 shocks. Are they any good or would you go with the more expensive ones. Thanks

your stock '67 has a 3/4" sway bar.....

put a 1" sway bar in the front and a 3/4" in the rear along with the kyb gas-a-just shocks.....along with a set of 1" drop springs.....it will handle like a totally different car

i've done all of the above except the drop springs, but i will do those soon.

There's an interesting discussion on suspension upgrades over at Stangnet...
http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=622994

Some seem to think a rear sway bar on a classic mustang isn't the answer.
And some seem to think roller spring perches should be high on the to-do list.

Just passing info. along... I have no personal experience with this stuff.

Just about any Mustang vendor will have the 3/4 sway bar kit for the rear. Bear in mind, that there are many variations. So, depending on your use of the car will determine which one you want to buy. Here is a typical rear sway bar kit. Just type in rear sway bar in the search, and the year of your car. http://www.parts123.com/PartFrame.as...=Texas_Mustang

How would you describe the KYB Gas Adjusts: Stiff as hell, or somewhat firmer ride vs stock etc. ?
