Default '69 Restomod Project

I recently acquired a '69 Mach 1 w/ a 351 Windsor. My question is to anyone else who had done a restomod build and could help with several questions.

1.) Front Suspension - How well does the TCP coil over set up work and is it worth the money.
2.) Rear Suspension - Has anyone used the Air Ride set up and how does it fit and perform
3.) Interior - I am looking at the JME gauges and wanted to know how the fit and finish is
3.) Exterior - I notice that there is a large number of parts available for mustangs prior to '68 but not much for the '69 I would like to find the following;
- Billet Grill
- Side Skirts w/ exhaust
4.) Trans - Auto (FMX) to Manual conversion any suggestions?
5.) Much more I just can't remember right now

I recognize that there is a large number of enthusiasts who apreciate returning these cars to their original state and I have every bit of respect for those of you who have the time and passion to restore a car to concours condition. Hopefully in the future I will come across another project where that is possible. For now I wish to make these mods for performace and to improve on the great platform that Ford has provided for us. All suggestions are greatly appreciated

Yeah, every 69 owner has a hard time finding aftermarket parts. I guess the restomod guys just focus mainly on the 65-67 models. Anyway, here is where you can find the billet grille for your 69. http://www.cal-mustang.com/showprod-7-19-354.html
