How To Remove Window Regulator???
Try to choose a drill bit just a tad smaller than the screw. Start with one that is too small, then gradually get bigger until you see that you have a bit right at the size of the screw. If they come out clean without screwing up the hole, then you won't have to retap, but may have to use a slightly bigger screw for a tight fit.
Yeah, you gotta work your way up from a small bit. And make sure you drill right in the center. If you're lucky, it will all start falling out when you're getting a bit close to the size of the bolt and you won't have to retap. A tap set is only like $30 for a decent one. I just borrow from my uncle who has every tool under the sun for his company.

well i kind of just jimmy rigged the broken one back together and stuck it in there and got it all working now......
heres the guide for future reference.....
1. Buy new regulator and get the tools out....
2. Drink lots of alcoholic and provide yourself with a few horse tranquilzers or else you will probably try to kill sombody from the frustration that comes from this job. Also have a gun handy incase u get pushed over the edge.
3. Take the window off the track then take the regulator out with track after unscrewing all the bolts holding the regulator on....
4. Repeat step 2.
5. Repeat step 2...followed by step 4.
6. Sit there with may tools and pieces strewn all over the garage.....wimper....and ask yourself...."How the hell am i going to get all the crap back in there...?"
7. Repeat 2, 4, 5.
8. Put track on new regulator, put new regulator in....screw track to window loosely and regulator to door.
9. Tighten everything up........do some burnouts while screaming "Whoo!!!!!!!!!!" like that wrestler Rick Flair.
10. Show everybody how good your windows roll up. (They wont care at all, but it dosent matter.)
