I have an Odyssey and LOVE it. Never had any trouble cranking and I like the "no acid" thing. A lot of Mustangs I've looked at have corrosion issues from the acid over the years. Glen, before you say it again, yeah it is a bit pricey but I like the small compact size of it as well. Money well spent in my opinion, now the price I paid for the billet battery tray, totally different story but oh well! I like it and that's really all that matters, well that and the G/F likes it too!

It seems like the popularity for rear mounted batteries is growing in restomods. Has anybody tried it?

The Optima in my old bronco is 8 years old and still going strong even though I dont start it but about every 6 weeks. When we put it in I told the wife that little battery will never last with the winch and offroad lites but its made a believer out of me. Put them in everything now

ORIGINAL: RSRXION

Motorcraft in mine. I know it's corny but I wanted it to be all Ford.
dude, you sound like my g/f. she did the same with her t-bird, spent an extra 4 bucks on oil filters. it's cool to be origional tho.

my girl just replaced the battery in my lesabre and insisted for 20 minutes she take it to sears. she spent 100 on it and i told her to go to advanced and get an energizer. i ran one of those in my 89 lx 4-banger w/o a prob. didn't need anything special. looking to get sumtin spensive when i get the stang back up.
