I would make sure the car is in good mech condition I have a 66 200 and I drive it almost daily yes its not an 8 but it gets me to and from work in classic style also the paint is a great seller

I second the paint. It's probably the best thing you could do. Then maybe detail the engine bay a little and sell her. Like 6mustang6 said, its going to be hard to sell a six cylinder. Everyone is going for the v8's.


It doesn't matter any more ppl just want a classic mustang,you could proply sell it for 5 to 6 grand.Give the engine bay a good cleaning,a coat of wax,and some tire shine.
