Ok guys i think i am going to put the supercharger on hold for the 02' and work on my 428 Mach 1......the engine needs to be worked on (last time it ran i know of was 1980) about how much (just a ballpark) will it cost to have them work it over and about how much horsepower can i expect when all is said and done? any reccomendations?

to do it right, figure on about $3000. how much power depends on what you put in it. A cam swap, port work on the heads, headers, stuff like that will make a bit more power. Keeping it stock looking isnt a bad idea for that car. internal changes arent easily seen. Check out the F.A.S.T. or stock apperaing cars, they are awesome and they look stock.

Keep it close to stock. $1500-$2000 for a rebuild.
