Cut the front pipe where the two pipes join together and you will be fine. That will bring the pipe over to the right. It should be between the drive shaft and the floor pan. keep it up as high as you can without hitting on the floor.

I am gonna take an inch off at a time. Slick, there is enough pipe so that it wont get too short.

Yup, from the looks of it, that pipe looks to be too long.. What you can do is hold up the pipe along the bottom of the one you need to cut and that will give you a good idea as to how much needs to be cut off. It will also tell you if you have enough pipe to cut in order to get it were it should be before you start going nuts cutting it...

I will be doing that, cleaning the underbody and preparing the brakes tomorrow.

Would these be something that would connect the headers to the mid Pipe or intermediate pipe? I have taken 1.5 inches off of the header pipe and have not noticed any changes.
