What other codes are you needing? The color of your car is Light blue met.
You can buy a decoder book from mustang vendors, or go to a book store and see what books they have on mustangs.

the inner fender vin is the legal vin by which the car must be registered the door tag just pops rivets(door might have been changed etc.) on and is easily changable thus is not legal to go by!

You're not exploring the possibilities. I had the same problem with my '67. Fender stamp and door tag didn't match. Both showed very similar information, but the door tag was closer to what was determinable (the car had been repainted). I brought the car up from California and Washington State spent some time investigating. The checked on their computer and they determined the inner fender came from a car that was not in the database for at least a decade. The creeated a plate to go over the inner fender and sent me on my way.
