Don't just go and slap the freaking torq thrusts on it. Do something different. I am not saying those look bad they are ok but the thing that I hate about them is every other Hot Rod/Muscle car has them.

 

aha that car rules....i got a 66 too with the emberglo but i put on torq thrust d's on last year (16's or 17's cant remeber and im to lazy to go downstairs) but that with the tires, trade in's and instal was about $1000-$1100

 

Well, I did it. After looking around and seeing that almost everbody and their mother had 5 spke torque thrust looking wheels(no offense to the guys who have them) I decided to go with the COYS. I got the 18" package with BF Goodrich KDWs. Only $1300 with free shipping. Of course NOT shipped to AK! I am having them shipped to Renton then my pipe supplier will throw them on a barge with my materials for an upcoming job. Now I need to find a repop fiberglass GT500 hood and decklid.
