tahnx. well since those pics i painted the engine compartment and put the engine in. as far as the rust goes, the interior isnt bad except for the drivers side floor pan and i already cut the old one out and i was working on welding the new one in earlier today. i have a little more welding and grinding then i will be done with that. and the exterior isnt too bad either; however, there are some areas that i am going to need to weld on the exterior. ive already baught new carpet, headliner, door pannels, etc. but theres still more that i need to get like all of the weather strips. its comming along slowly, but it will be nice eventualy.

well, i just found a stang that *looks* worse than the condition of mine. glad to hear it's not as bad as it looks. good luck with the resto and keep us updated!
