You have two tubes coming from your exhaust manifold that hook up to the carb. One goes underneath the air cleaner, (#1) the other hooks up to the choke (#2). You will either need to hook up a manual or electric choke. Sure the heater hose will supply some heat to the choke, but I fear not enough. Now, you are missing a clip that goes on your carb to hold on of your heater hoses. Take a look at the pic. If you don't have that clip, email or pm me, I may have an exta you can have.

It does take awhile for the choke to pull off if you are just using the heat from the heater hose. Electric or manual choke would be a good idea.

If you are using an electric choke, do you still need to run the heater hoses through the hose clip on the carb? (Only asking since mine currently does not...)

Thanks in advance.
