Depending on how "original" you want to keep your interior will determine your strategy.
If you don't mind an after-market product then there are plenty of parts houses that will sell you what you need.
However, if you want as close to original (stock-type) as possible, here's my recommendation:
Watch Ebay and buy original mustang seatbelts. Then take the clasp part apart and totally clean and refurbish as necessary---this is not hard. Then send them to Ssake-oyl: http://www.ssnake-oyl.com/Ssnake-Oyl...howroom20.html to install the proper color and length webbing. You may want to just call them, they may have some old (restored) belts they'll sell you. Good luck!
