Yeah, I know, used springs aren't the way to go, but I have a kid on the way, and a broken leaf, so I was trying to keep the car going for cheap. I guess I will have to find a way to come up with money for new ones.

Thanks for all the replies. The actual V8 conversion is a fair way off, but I am trying to pick up cheap pieces when I have the chance, and I was hoping some of the stuff I ran across would fit. Currenty, all I have is a 66 289 that needs rebuilding.
