Would it look stupid to leave the holes for the emblems,(fenders and trunk lid) open incase i would want to put them on sometime down the road, they are very small holes and you prolly couldnt see it from a distance, and the same for the side rear marker reflectors cuz im gonna keep the front side marker lights.

That show was made up with some of the worst actors in Hollywood, and the stories were totally ridiculous. I would rather have watched Big Valley than the Dukes.
Made Up

What do you mean made up???

I've lived in Georgia all of my life.

Everyone hauls moonshine.[sm=alcoholic.gif]

Everyone has the Rebel Flag painted on their car or truck,

All of the women are really hot, and wear those Daisy Duke shorts!!![sm=groupwave.gif]

All the major highways are dirt,

and we're jumping things in our old dodge's from the time we can crawl..... [sm=bounceybounce.gif]

Yeah, you redneck Jawjuns are kinda weird, aren't you?
And, everybody knows that we Texans all ride horses and wear 6 shooters. Not to mention that we also own a large spread with several thousand head of cattle.

SWEET!!!!!!!

Nah, I didn't watch that ridiculous show. Hey, as I said before, why not slick off the drip rails too? Here is what I'm talking about. Get some racing stickers too.

its a classic american muscle car. seems to me like some people want to take away the chrome, handles, trim and whatever to make it look better. the actual factory car is what everybody fell in love with! why rape it? but its yours. do what you want too. but if you rape it you might as well take the mustang emblem off too.

Well, when I redid the outside of my stang I left some trim behind and kept some.

I didn't put back the drip rail chrome nor the chrome on the hood. I also didn't put back the large chrome piece that runs along the rocker panel. I did put back the emblems, I think they add a nice touch.

The look I have achieved is pretty nice to me, looks original at first glance but the overall look is more sleek and I like it.

As far as shaving door handles goes....... save that for the ricer market, not a classic mustang.

No, shaving door handles is not for this stang owner, in fact i havta pick up a new set, anyone have a good magazine to pic up a kit for both sides for a 68? I talked to my body shop today and he told me i still had a few weeks to decide what i want to do about the emblems.
