its a classic american muscle car. seems to me like some people want to take away the chrome, handles, trim and whatever to make it look better. the actual factory car is what everybody fell in love with! why rape it? but its yours. do what you want too. but if you rape it you might as well take the mustang emblem off too.
Sorry but the chrome badges and mouldings are hardly what makes a mustang a mustang. Even without the words "MUSTANG" on the car, a mustang can still be undeniably recognized. Emblems and mouldings are simply supporting details that reinforce the identity that IS mustang...so removing them is nothing close to "raping" the mustang name. With a de-emblemed car, its just a different way, a modernized taste of car styling. Badging or not, the car IS STILL a mustang.
