If you'll be driving the car on the street you DO NOT want a spool. You'll be dragging a tire around every corner.

A limited slip is the way to go, be it a clutch style (most OEM and aftermarket LSDs), ratchet style (Detroit Locker), or gear style (Detroit Truetrac).
