DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT OR IF THERE IS A DIFERENCE BETWEEN A 65 AND A 66 RADIO?

Yes there is a difference. The 65 radios start at the "6" mark, the 66's start at "5".

That isn't true and it's a common misconception. It actually depends on who made the radio. Click on the link I posted and see "a few examples" Philco radios began with 5, the Motorolas began with 6.
