Door windows would be easy, just install another window of different shade that can go up and down so you have two windows. Surely the gas thing cant be that expensive?
They are always late to make these things ive been waiting for years for air conditioned seats and still havent seen any good ones other than in the maybach.

A lot of what you guys can think of is already out in some form. The problem is cost for the general public. You and I will not buy a window @ $1000 a side. Thats why you don't see them around, but they have them.. Another thing thats cool that we may never see is self adjusting shocks that the material goes fromm a liquid to a solid to any thing between in seconds with electricity. Last I read was the military was using it in shocks. Stuff like that is everyware, and is hard to keep up with.

Brandon,
Actually, the glass used in bathrooms goes clear when current is applied to it. When you flip the switch you are cutting the current to the glass not turning the current on. This way no embarassments if the electricity goes out to the bathroom walls all of a sudden.
Paddy 187,
Now that you mentioned it, I do think they used this glass for the sunroof in the Maybach or some other high end luxury car.
LCC,
I may be wrong here, but doesn't the new corvette and at least one of the Ferraris have shocks that change dampening rate based on the application of electricity. The shocks are filled with some type of fluid that changes viscosity based on the amount of current applied to it. I believe Delphi makes them.
