No plugs there. I'm assuming you mean rubber plugs?? Also ther are only two bolts holding each seat - someone didn't put them all back. Some bolts are longer than others so I'll need the deep wells. I found them at Big Lots for $1 each which is a good price. My wife thinks I'm nuts.........

No I didn't add the rolling start. That is an automatic thing. The more post count you have, the better the name. There are rubber plugs that you can get from any vendor to plug those holes. You want to keep water and mud out of there to help prevent rust. And be sure you have all 4 bolts and nuts on when you are finished. A dollar each is a good buy, but sometimes you get what you pay for with tools. I threw a bunch of Chinese made sockets away after I got my complete set of Craftsman.
