Default Oil pan paint project today

I usually have one thing I have to do each day to keep Ol' Yeller up to par. About a year ago, I replaced the oil pan because I hit something on the highway and the drain plug area was damaged and leaking. Anyhoo, the new pan was blue......the Ford dark blue. That's a No-No with us 65 owners, so today I took Ol' Yeller to the do-it-yourself wand car wash and blasted the pan area with some degreaser and soap washed it. When I got her home, I waited about three hours for all the water to dry completely and painted it black. Yeah, BLACK.

I don't have new suspension parts. If I were to get them, I would leave them natural in color.

Careful Soaring, that's how I hear it all starts. A little black here, maybe some new spark plug wires, then BAM new mag wheels.
