the new remade bodies are good for guys who want eleanors and whatnot, but it has to be registered as a kit car of the year you bought it in, so emmissions for that year apply. sucks for them, likely wont be a street car, unless they got a fuel injected 5.0 in there

I agree with Ford protecting their trademarked names. It is their right. If these companies were smart, they would have gotten permission from Ford in writing in the first place. Then, they would be having no legal issues.
In the end, it's likely Ford will not be pursuing much beyond threatening letters. It gets a few companies to change their name and send in a nice paycheck to Ford...who really needs all the cash they can get right now.
I also agree that Mustangs Plus is pretty much being a whiny@$$ crybaby. They have a lot of stuff that I like, but they aren't going to be getting any business from me in the near future.

I'm guessing people will look at these bodies like people look at fiberglass bodies/fenders for older hot rods... Fiberglass is light, easy and available, but steel is preferred by far more people.

Dynacorn is the company pushing these bad boys out, check out their website, looks like they have plans for a few more muscle cars as well.
