have a 5.0L (originally an EFI setup) and looking for performance heads to put on. im not sure whats good and wats not. which heads are best for carb set up and which are best for EFI set up. looking to make around 300-400hp....something thats respectiable. its gonna be a weekend/holiday/summer driver kinda thing. any insights would be helpful
also, which cams will be good with which heads for both efi and carb. thanks!

the guy has 586 positive feedbak and the engine comes with trickflow heads. should i just buy this one or get my block rebuilt and buy the performance parts seperately
