heads help

Default heads help

have a 5.0L (originally an EFI setup) and looking for performance heads to put on. im not sure whats good and wats not. which heads are best for carb set up and which are best for EFI set up. looking to make around 300-400hp....something thats respectiable. its gonna be a weekend/holiday/summer driver kinda thing. any insights would be helpful


also, which cams will be good with which heads for both efi and carb. thanks!

well the rebuild on my engines gonna cost about $2000 and to put new heads on there im looking at $3000+. what do you guys think about this motor?

the guy has 586 positive feedbak and the engine comes with trickflow heads. should i just buy this one or get my block rebuilt and buy the performance parts seperately

nice find on the head comparison chart, note the ported 351w's are whoopin the "mod'd" gt-40p's
