yea but then you also have a motor that hasnt been run or proven on a dyno

to me, not such a big deal. you pick the components so you are getting what you want. and as long as the butt to seat dyno checks out good i'm happy

well theres no way im gona take on building the motor im glass man not a mechanic.my cars going to body shop monday.whats gona be a good ignition kit to use.also im need to find a c-4 not gona stay with the old heavy fmx i thought about a 4 speed conversion but it will probly have to wait i have around 12k to spend so i kinda gota watch what i buy

alot of people love msd, and i do like them too. the only thing i DONT like is when you hit the rev limiter a 6AL will "pop" and a crane fireball will not. from what i have seen the crane performed better, so i will be buying one next time i need ignition.

i built my c4 for like 1k - i bought the parts and had a buddy who owns a shop put it together for 100 bucks) with a 2800 stall, tci streetfigher valvebody (still retains auto shifts) alto red eagle clutch pack with kolene steels, kevlar band, and a billit servo. the only thing other than that you could benefit from (that i know of) is a upgraded planetary gear. the stock one is 3 gears and i blew one out of mine. you can find the tranny in just about any ford car from the mid 60's till the mid 80's from a junk yard - and if the trans is dead, you'll pick it up for a song.

i hoping i can get the tranny for free my father inlaw is like a head tow truck driver and they have a bunch of junk cars.cant you use the rear disk breaks off the explore on the 69 mustang rear disk converson

well i might not be ordering a shortblock online i might get a local builder build my a short block witch means i might have less money in to it.The guys a has a 66 coupe running 10's all motor
