I got the total suspension and steering kit from Laurel Mountain. I got the 620 one inch drop coils for the front and the 5 leaf mid-eye, one inch drop in the back. I also did the shelby drop ( '68) . this proved to be too low in the front being i had 245 x50 x 16 inch tires on it. The tires rubbed the rolled wheel wells and the control arm hit the inside of the rim on a hard turn. But it looked great! In the end, i had to get 1" spacers for the coils. I also had to drop the tire size down to a 225x50. It still looks great and handles really well. The front is about 1/2" lower than the back. The ride is a bit firm but it beats the crap out of the old spongy ride. I alsoinstalled a flaming river steeringgear box.Laurel Mountain was really good to deal with. Joe

The summers up here are great, you can't beat the small town atmosphere, very little crime, straight country roads, and no cops!

Why not Minot? Freezin's the reason!

I'm from North Dakota.... I gradjewated colludge from Minot State in '97.

Notice I've lived the last 5 years out here in Oregon/Washington and I'm not moving back. Although... you can buy a pretty decent home with acrege out in the absolute middle of the icy tundra for pennies.

SPEAKING OF MINOT!

Do they still have the $5 all the beer you can drink on Monday nights at the Dakota Lounge?

How about free hot wing Wednesdays at uhhmm...Ground Round resturaunt?

Quarter beers at the Lamplighter on wednesdays?

Dollar pitchers at Serindipites until 4pm on uhmm I think it was weekdays?

$7 all the Bar Pours you can drink at Lucky's Lounge (aka Cats Lounge) on thursdays?

Bingo and free popcorn with beers at the Lucky Strike bar at the bowling alley on the hill?

Wow.... you know now that I recall.. all there was to do in that town in the wintertime is drink.... of course I was in college the whole time I lived there... but yeah... lots of booze.

I think you should be pretty darn close to being level. The 620's claim to dropthe front 1" and the mid-eye also claim to drop it 1".In doing the shelby drop and the620 springs, I think my frontdropped1-3/4". It was too much. Joe
