Well here are the before and after pic for the drop. The before shows of course the height of the front end before we even put it on jacks, and the after shows how much drop we got doing the Shelby. It turned out to be just a bit more than we wanted so we are going to go in and add some spacers on top of the springs to boost the front end. Will let you all know how it goes.
yeh, i get what you are saying...if it were mine id probably drop the rear to match, but i prefer nose down to bum down like most of those coupes seemed to sit.
Yeah, it does look mean, BUT.....its too low. The tires are dragging on the fender well lips when cornering and the oil pan is way too low, cant even get a floor jack under it to jack on the crossmember. So, we are going to be shimming the tops of the springs, shooting for about 1 inch in rise. That should give us the nose down stance yet keep the tires and fenders in good shape. Will let you know how it turns out. Yes I will post more pics as we go along.
