Horn not working

don't know what you got there. But horns usually just switch ground (not + like most other electrical switches in the car do).
So basically
Plus ----HORN------/ ------ Minus
where -/ - would be the horn switch.
So if you only have one wire then you need that wire to contact ground when you press the ring. this will then honk for ya
If you have 2 wires it's usually the matter of connecting them as one will probably carry constant ground.
That's my 2 cents, but I'm afraid I can't help further here as I have no horn either (all parts missing in steering wheel including cabling)
