What about all the additional money you'll spend building the bottom-end to take advantage of those heads. With that kind of money you could buy a Gurney-Weslake 305 with Webbers and make 550 @ 8500 and have the reliability to go 24 hours at LeMans.
Glen, Can i have your mach one when i graduate? I think it's only fair, you bought your nephew one, jeez. I should be your mustang forums son, We've been on here so long together.
P.S. i would love to have 4v heads. OHOHOH

my bro has the 4 valve 4.6 in his mark VIII. i think his is 290 hp stock, that luxery car gets it pretty good.
actually i think those 4v heads would be more friendly making high horsepower than a turbo or supercharger though.... with a steel crank, decent rods, and forged pistons you'd have a motor capable of alot of durable HP.
plus its just BAD *** and completely different. i mean, a 408 or 427 stroker with 32 valves is sweet.
