I don't know of a torque spec chart for the springs but the shocks are 17-27 for the top nut and 55-70 for the bottom nuts. When I changed out my leaf springs, I just cranked down on my ratchet with my skinny arm until the nuts were nice and snug.

the shocks should have lock nuts so I never worried too much about torque specs, just get some compression on the rubbers but dont over do it.

the key with the springs, especially the u bolts is to go back after 500 or so miles and tighten them again...they will work a little loose.
