My old man had a 69 torino before he had the 67 mustang fastback..too bad both are gone now He used to dirt track race a Torino too. Now we are working on turning a 61 starliner into a dirt track car

ORIGINAL: Galactusz

I saw a UFO hovering over my yard, it was really cool, nicer than a Torino...or Mustang for that matter.

[sm=funnypostabove.gif]was it silver?

I grew up with my dad's 69 Fairlane. It didn't have the fastback so I became partial to it rather than the fastback. Looking at them today I wish I had one. My grand dad bought a new 66 T-bird and several years later my dad bought it from him. We also had a 66 Mustang coupe when I was young. I remember sitting in the driveway looking at both those cars together and thinking how much the Birdlooked like a bigger Mustang in the front and sides. You can see the styling cues ina lot of the old Fords but these days it's hard to tell one make from another.
