I think that a 67 is a short shaft version of a 64 to 66 steering box. With a big wrench or a big pair of channel locks, undo the lock nut at the shaft end. Then undo the bearing adjuster nut. At this point, get a copy of the 67 Ford Service Manual or you will have lots of ball bearings and other parts going all over the place.

This is something that cannot be done why the box is installed on the car, and should be left to a specialist.

great link i just need to get it out so i can install a powersteering unit i have a the parts from a 67 power steering unit but it looks like i will need a new steering colume

1st..do you have a coupler? (rag joint)..if not you need to remove the entire box and shaft. Good luck.
