Default my new accelorator

The mechanic at work gave me four 3/8 heym joints after I was talking about the heym joint accelorator. He said they used to make them all the time when he raced. I went to Lowes and purchased some copper pipe, brass bushing (for the larger hole on the Holley), and a few pins. I had the bolts and allthread rod already. All together I have about $10 into the deal.

Wow, that is really dangerous. Did the PO really drive it like that? Then he let you drive it home?
