My guy wanted $250. That was with the front & rear glass removed, me providing all the materials and headliner. And him not replacing the glass.

It is not that hard to do when you are rebuilding the car. Just have to have the right knowledge. (IE. use the old windlace as a clamp, and clamp it in place first. Remove the clamp, glue, replace clamp)

I'll let you guys know how it goes when I do mine in the next month or two. FWIW, I've seen it done with the glass in on a show using a special "putty knife" like tool, but I'm going to do it while I have the glass out. It looks like it will be a lot easier on the fastback than it would be in a coupe.
