Default Water Leak Help

Just got a '73 coupe and am having a water leak issue on both sides. When I put water on the roof, it runs under the drip rail into the car and along the interior roof molding and drips behind the 1/4 glass and onto the rear seat armrest and then fills the floor. Water runs inside within 30 seonds of watering the roof! I ran some seam sealer into the trough betwen the drip rail and the roof and it stopped for a few weeks. Now its as bad as ever and I can't see any gaps in the sealer. This is the first Ford and Muastang that I've ever owned and I'm at a loss as to what to do. Its starting to ruin the new carpet. All the weatherstrips are new and the glas is adjusted correctly, and it only leaks if the water is put on the roof. If I wet the sides or windshield or back glass, it stays dry. I've restored many a Chevy and am familiar with the ins and outs of those cars and am hoping one of y'all has some ides. Thanks a lot!
