I'm not really into black chrome. I'd just get black bullitts but DD in the rear.

How do you guys think 17" black chrome wheels like these would look on mycar?

Per your sig, you have a Mustang GT. I'll assume that the elements of the original package are there, the stripes, fender badges, exhaust trumpets, fog lights and no quarter trim or rocker moulding. MY OPINION is that these wheels will not look good on your car. That is not to say that I don't think they are sharp wheels or won't look good on another Mustang, but you have a Mustang GT. If that thing is not screaming out for styled steel wheels, you're not listening.

Seriously, I'd keep it to myself if you said "look at my new wheels." In this case, you are soliciting opinions on how they would look on a '65 GT. Oh yeah, forget the tinting too. Real GTs are somewhat rare.
First off, you assume right, all of the elements of a GT are there. Also, I have taken into account that my car is one of the rarer additions to the mustang line-up and that is why I have decided to do things that are reversible (such as wheels, window tint, etc...). I'm just trying to make it into something that I'll be happy driving and that when I look at it in my driveway I just can't believe that it's mine. I just really like the black chrome and the bullitt wheels, but I can't seem to find them any smaller than 17". I still have some time before I need to come to a decision on wheels so I will consider all the ideas presented to me. Again, thanks guys for all of your input!

Having seen the pic of the car, the wheels wouldn't look too shabby IMO. I'd rather still see some styled steel wheels on there but that is my own personal bias. One possible concern with the black wheels, however, is what happens if you scuff one up against a curb. Will it knock off the black finish and show up as shiny? If so, you may want to stick to a similar style but polished finish like Rorin's in the pic above. Just a thought.
