Default 73 mach1 1st outing

here is the 73 mach1 i have been working on for the last year and a half, finally got her out to a local cruise and meet gathering on a saturday nite, it had been a few years since i attended and arrived 2 hours early..lol hince the lack of cars... but i had a blast finally getting to drive her to show her off. (was great to get tons a questions and compliments...and even compliments about the color..which i had to rub in to the wife who has razzed me about the booger green color ever since i wanted to go back to orginal color) it was great to finally get out and burn some fuel, which was the first trip out in over 4 years for the car. at the gas station a guy came over and asked what was it and what year...lol

another view, i dunno about the fact that when ever i take her out there are these bugs that swarm to the car and land on it, my wife said it has to do with the color...

That is one good looking Mach I. I bet it is a real head turner with that color.

I know the feeling of driving the car after years of being down. Mine was down for 8 years. Now I don't want to work I just want to drive the Mustang all day.

Booger green, that's funny. lol Long live the Booger.

haha its funny you mention that because in the mornings there are always tons of bugs on my car too. i think it has something to do with the polishes/waxes i use, maybe they are attracted by the smell.
