Default hood clearance question

I have a 302 with a Edlebrock performer intake, Barry Grant Road Demon carb, 1" spacer, K&N full size 14" offset air filter (to go with the Mallory HEI). Am I going to have enough clearance under the hood to put this in? Does anyone else have a 1" spacer with a full size K&N air filter - does this fit in a stock hood or do I have to buy a low-rise air filter to get this to fit?

One reason why I put the spacer is that the fuel line was almost on top of the intake manifold so I thought it would look better and be easier to get to if I raised the carb (might have to do the 1/2" spacer).

Here is a pic of the engine, I just got the new Vintage serpentine system put on and I hope to put the engine in next weekend after I do the wires w/loom.

Default RE: hood clearance question

if it don't fit, it's a good excuse to buy a nice glass hood that will clear

It'd have more than enough room in a '71-'73, but I really don't know which car you have, or what a "full-size K&N" filter is. I run a 2.5" air filter with a drop base air cleaner. The carb sits on a 1" spacer between it and the Victor underneath. Still have about 1/2" between the air cleaner nut and the top of my NACA hood.
