Default draining a t5

how the hell do i drain the fluid from my transmission. its a t5

3/8" ratchet in the lower plug on the right side of the transmission.

Just tilt it... it'll all run out the tail end...

I figured it out after draining 'all' the fluid out of the transmission prior to removing the engine/tranny as a unit. As I tilted the engine to pull it out, a bunch of fluid still poured out the rear.

That's why you always tape a piece of plastic around the tail housing.
