Default Brake fluid change?

I work at a dealership and we have a power brake flush system. Works great on changing fluid, and would love to change the fluid on the mustang. I am alittle nervous though, guys at work are sort of 50/50,some say its a great idea, others say it may blow a seal. I kind of agree with the seal thing, but wanted opinions from here.

That may hold some truth but better to blow a seal while changing the fluid than on the road...

+1 with Dozierstang, If a seal does go, it's probablygoing to fail anyway, and you're much better off having it happen a shop then on the road.
