been awhile
I know this is a little OT, but I finally got a job. I'm moving to Las Vegas and will be working in the Tower at LAS. WoooHOoooooohooo. Now I just gotta tow my 67 there and make some money so I can start working on the sucker. Anyone know any good mustang shops in the area, or shops that do more than just insurance work that I can use for some body work I need to get done. Anyone in a mustang club there. If you're from vegas give me a holler at grruminator78@aol.com!
Yeah i've been busy. Not having a computer and working part time as a service writer for my brother in-laws, brother's auto shop. But wow can't wait to get back to doing my real job, and back to working on my car
Oh yea, and congrats on your newjob and upcoming move to Vegas,,,, It looks like you may miss the worst part of the summer, it would be a bit*h to have to start there dead in the middle of summer, you need to work into that "dry heat" gradually whenever possible.....
hey I'm used to the dry heat, southern idaho got purrty darn hot. Yeah I got out a few month back and have been holding myself over as a service manager/writer for a mom and pop auto shop in the mean time. Got a job in the Vegas Airport Control Tower. I'm heading down this saturday to find a house, and then start working next month. So I'll be gone from the boards again for a little bit until I get my house-hold goods shipped there.
hell good idea, and if it doesn't then I just got an excuse to buy more stuff and fix her up! Now if I can just talk the boss into the idea! Plus A/C on the pony no workie!
Hey thanks, it's kinda nice to know I've been missed (or at least noticed missing) Anyway I hope I find a place quick. New job (even in a city that never sleeps)+2 year old=not as much crusing time as you'd think. However, when I get settled I just may join the mustang club there and start working on the pony. I just gotta decide on where I want to start! Thanks again, and I'll give everyone a holler when we get setteled.
