I have the MSD distributor, blaster coil, and 6a Box on a 351 C. I bored and stroked it, Two shear pins later on the stock distributor gear, towing, and a rental car I went with the MSD. I have also heard that crane is better. If you up the HP, go with a better distributor.

MSD ready to run distributor, Blast coil, and 6 ALN box. I would suggest to start with the distributor first, then add the coil, finally a box. That would be the order for spending yourfunds.[8D]

I got rid of my points went MSD dist, MSD coil, MSD box, plugs and wires. Costed more, but car starts up great now. If you have a shaker hood scoop the the MSD dist is too tall. I had to buy a fiberglass bottom pan for my shaker hood scoop so I could notch into it so the MSD dist wood fix. That fiberglass piece cost me an extra 250 or so. Just a heads up

ORIGINAL: my77stang

dizzy + ignition box + coil = spark

for the record, crane ignition > msd..... they are the same price and the crane stuff has better features and excellent build quality
That must be why I don't see crane on any competetion cars...I was wondering about that.
