Haha, well... to make a Fastback you're goint to need..... a Fastback! You're going to need a wrecked parts car to chop the roof off of. But I can guarentee it will be easier to fix the parts car no matter how bad it is than to do a FB conversion and have it come out looking right.

 

Please reconsider. The coupe is a beautiful car. Sell it to someone who will treat it right and buy the fastback you want.
That is my opinion, take it or leave it.

Dont do that.completely pointless and way more work than its worth.

 

I have to agree with these guys, I just got a coupe and I would say to sell the coupe and get a fastback, it will take lots of work and money to make the conversion. Or you could save up to buy one of those brand new bodies theyr'e selling for fastbacks now.

 

i have a coupe but want a convertable dont i dont take a jig saw and cut the top off. just sell the coupe and buy you a fastback
