The seller in my case was very helpfull. the damage was caused by the shipping company. He sent me the close up picture of the spedo showing the exact milage on the car just before the pickup. He had given me the name of a shipping agent. My contract was actually with them not the actural compamy doing the shiptment. They refunded my money (actually more the the cost of the repairs). The agent actually went after the shipping company in court. My car now has a 4 row rad instead of the 2 row that was in it when the dammage was caused.
