thats ok... i mean im really just looking for some stock replacements.. or some thing along those lines... eventually i plan on upgrading the heads so there no point in fixing these up to much... there already ported and resurfaced.. thats good enough for now... so what type of rockers do i need and where can i get them?

If you're just gonna get better heads later one, then just go with stock rockers. Or you could setup those heads for 3/8" studs and when you get better heads later you'll already have the necessary studs

the rockers i have... the bearing or what ever that think that fits inside the rocker is... is like a half circle.... any ways.. that piece... the hole that the stud goes threw is wide enough to fit around the base of the stud.. is that ok or is it the wrong type of rocker/bearing..

as these photos show.. that bearing can side all the way down.... basically i just need to know how to tell if the rockers i have are wrong for the heads.. you can also see the rockers in the back have been torqued down.. does it look right... i really dont know

That is the correct fulcrum bearing. You don't want the rocker riding on the threaded part of the stud as it will break.
