i was wondering if with the right cam, lifters, intake, carb, heads, roller rockers, headers, and exhaust, can i get my 302 to shake the ground a little?

No, you can't.

you could get a nice 351 put some a nice exhaust system on it, you would have alot more power than the 302, and u could shake the ground

i see you have a 390, would that be a good choice too? would it even fit in my car? i would probably have to do a whole bunch of suspension stuff with either one right?

+1
but if he already has a 302 and all the stuff for it why not, then you can save up for the 351w. easier way to let people know to back off is h/c/i/ str8 pipes, if you change the heads = more power cam = nice sounding lope/more power intake= proper airflow/ more power....having said all that you cant have a 1" exhaust for a civic and expect to sound badass, i suggest 2.5" all the way out the back.
